News › Google Nexus One launch a shambles

Exisitng T-Mobile customers are having a fit over the unavailability of the Nexus One at a subsidized price for them.

From the forums, TMobile is sending users to Google and Google is sending them to TMobile.

No one seems to want to take responsibility at the moment. What some people would like to know is:

Who set the price of the device?
Who set the policy that out of contract TMobile customers would not get a full subsidized price?
Who supports the device and how do we get hold of them?

Only time will tell if this can be made right.
